Job Description:

The ideal candidate will provide essential support to program management teams by coordinating personnel, resources, and activities across large-scale government or intelligence-related programs. This role blends technical awareness, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with SIGINT operations to ensure the effective execution of program objectives and deliverables.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the planning, organization, direction, coordination, and evaluation of personnel assigned to task orders and integrated product teams
  • Assist in the development of management plans, as well as the preparation of cost, schedule, and performance reports
  • Coordinate project activities, including work package development, work breakdown structure (WBS) management, and other related program functions
  • Manage logistics for travel, meetings, briefings, and other activities critical to program execution

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline with a minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting large-scale programs exceeding $1M annually
  • At least one (1) year of experience supporting the Intelligence Community or Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) programs
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate program requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and schedules
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
