Ready to take the next step in your project management career? At HSO, we’re looking for a motivated Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to join our growing team of technology innovators. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in project coordination or PMO support who’s ready to step up into a full project management role. In this position, you’ll support the successful delivery of projects, working closely with experienced teams and clients to ensure high-quality execution, clear communication, and smooth project progression. You’ll gain hands-on experience across all stages of the project lifecycle while continuing to build your skills in a structured, supportive environment. Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in planning and implementation of projects
  • Help define project scope, risks, goals, and deliverables
  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation
  • Coordinate and track project tasks, resources, and deliverables
  • Monitor budgets and highlight variances or issues as needed
  • Maintain project trackers, status reports, and risk logs
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
  • Support the project team with reporting and quality assurance activities
  • Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders clearly and in a timely manner
  • Help implement project changes and ensure actions are followed through
  • Apply HSO’s Project Methodology consistently, ensuring documentation is up to date and understood by all team members

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or Junior Project Manager role
  • Understanding of software and business application Project lifecycle
  • Familiarity with project life cycles, project planning, and delivery methodologies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Good understanding of budgets and commercial awareness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing confidence
  • Formal project management training (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM) or a clear commitment to working towards certification

Nice to have:

  • Degree in IT, Business, or a related field
  • Exposure to ERP or business application projects (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience supporting large or multi-phase projects
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365
  • Industry exposure in retail, rental, or services
  • Basic understanding of project financials and resourcing
