Job Responsibility

  • Collect, validate, and distribute daily project updates from field leadership including safety, progress, staffing, and issues
  • Maintain daily and weekly project dashboards, trackers, and status reports for internal and customer use
  • Assist with preparation and submission of customer invoices
  • Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities
  • Assist with project schedule updates and execution tracking
  • Coordinate with field supervisors, technicians, engineering, logistics, and subcontractors
  • Prepare for kickoff meetings, execution reviews, and project closeout

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance or HSD/GED with equivalent field experience
  • 0-3 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, construction or field operations
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in cost tracking and invoice reconciliation
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • experience with ERP or project management systems preferred
