We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator I to support a large-scale healthcare operations program. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across internal teams and stakeholders. This is a remote position, however candidates must reside in or near Rancho Cordova, CA, as equipment pickup from the local office is required.
Job Responsibility:
Track project timelines and ensure all deliverables meet established deadlines
Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility
Prepare project status reports, summaries, and executive readouts
Document meeting minutes, action items, and project updates
Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement
Support cross-functional collaboration to meet project objectives
Track and document lessons learned for continuous improvement
Ensure all documentation meets organizational standards for quality and accuracy
Maintain compliance with contract and operational requirements
Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or similar role
Strong proficiency in: Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
Nice to have:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience supporting large-scale or government-related programs
