  • Support the development and rollout of marketing initiatives that contribute to business growth and strengthen ESPN Zakelijk's visibility in the market
  • Use CRM insights and performance data to identify opportunities, improve effectiveness and support commercial decision-making
  • Support the (sales) team with commercial and administrative requests, helping to keep processes efficient, accurate and well organized
  • Support affiliate-related trade marketing initiatives where needed, helping to strengthen partner visibility and engagement

Requirements

  • Experience in developing mail campaigns, testing different approaches and using insights to improve results
  • Fluency in Dutch, with strong written and spoken English skills
  • An analytical approach and an interest in using data to identify opportunities, optimise performance and support decision-making
  • A proactive mindset and the confidence to work independently
  • A structured and thoughtful way of working, combined with the willingness to share ideas and contribute to continuous improvement

Nice to have

  • Experience with website development, customer journeys, conversion-focused sales flows and targeted communication
  • Familiarity with sports venues, pubs, leisure or entertainment sectors
  • A genuine interest in sport and the sports media landscape, including football, Formula 1, baseball or basketball
  • A service-oriented, open and flexible attitude, combined with professionalism and a collaborative mindset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your style to different audiences and situations
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to identify and suggest improvements
  • The ability to learn quickly and apply new information in a practical way
