Recent hands-on experience performing both Business Analysis and Project Management responsibilities
Strong ability to conduct end-to end discovery activities, including requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and delivery planning
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint)
Ability to structure and facilitate workshops, stand-ups, and weekly status meetings during the discovery phase

Job Responsibility

Leading and executing the full Discovery Phase for the project aimed at replacing the organisation’s Fraud System capability
Developing a detailed Discovery plan by expanding an existing high-level outline into a full structure and content
Conducting Business Analysis activities, including requirements gathering and documentation, functional and technical impact assessments, operational impact assessments, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
Performing Project Management responsibilities, including planning, tracking, and reporting on Discovery activities
facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, weekly status meetings)
and managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication flows
Supporting the preparation and completion of the Supplier RFP and onboarding activities
Working closely with Technical Design Authority, procurement, fraud operations, and other business units
