Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ project management experience within the residential AV sector
Hands-on background as an AV Engineer or strong technical understanding of AV systems
In-depth knowledge of: Crestron, Savant, Lutron, and Control4
Understanding of cinema systems, surround sound, and electrical fundamentals
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Job Responsibility

Manage AV projects from design to handover, ensuring successful delivery
Coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams
Liaise with clients and third-party contractors, maintaining clear communication throughout
Oversee rack design, system drawings, and procurement of equipment
Conduct and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
Manage project budgets, invoicing, variations, and quotes

Provide exhibit designers with drawings and cut sheets to help them understand AV hardware requirements and how to integrate AV equipment into exhibits
