Apollo Mechanical is seeking a highly motivated Project Controls Professional to join our growing team in one of our exciting locations: Oak Ridge TN. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects by providing comprehensive cost, schedule, and risk management support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 along with supporting reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)
  • Track project costs, analyze variances, and identify potential cost overruns
  • Create and maintain project budgets and forecasts
  • Generate reports using data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI preferred) to communicate project performance to stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies
  • Support the project team with contract administration and change order management
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project controls within the construction or engineering industry
  • Proven proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Travel may be required
