Requirements

General knowledge of commercial and government construction contracting methods
Proficiency in Primavera (P6) software and understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM)
Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with clients and team members
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Minimum high school diploma/GED
Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred, along with relevant project controls experience
Current Department of Defense secret security clearance or higher is required

Job Responsibility

Review project plans and specifications to understand the scope and requirements
Develop and maintain the project schedule in collaboration with the project team and subcontractors
Monitor and report on-site and off-site construction activities to produce accurate monthly schedule reports
Prepare and submit timely monthly invoices, ensuring accurate accounting of costs related to materials and labor
Document potential changes and coordinate with the project team to preserve all relevant correspondence and records

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred
Project controls experience on at least two previous projects of comparable scope and of a value no less than half of the proposed assignment
Prior international and Government contracting experience preferred
Previous overseas experience strongly preferred
Current clearance, or the ability to obtain, a Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance required
U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance required
