Project Controls Analyst

• Support 5–6 Project Managers concurrently across projects in various phases of design and construction
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal and external cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts
• Provide accurate and timely updates to cost reports and project forecasts
• Perform quality checks and inspections on all project controls deliverables
• Compare project schedules to financial data to ensure alignment with project timelines
• Integrate schedule data and other project data sources in Excel using formulas, pivot tables, macros, and related tools
• Analyze project controls reports, present findings, and provide recommendations to project controls leadership
• Track budgets against Purchase Orders and Subcontracts
• Review upstream (prime contract) and downstream (PO and subcontract) change orders for accuracy and alignment
• Manage and integrate data across multiple programs
• Serve as a technical point of contact for APMs, PMs, Lead Engineers, and Construction staff
• Support continuous improvement of project controls processes and reporting quality
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of program delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field from an accredited program
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in project controls, cost controls, project finance, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and make sound, timely decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel capabilities strongly preferred
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Ability to travel as required
