Project Controller

• Act as the finance owner for PAC, PEC and TS China capital projects, ensuring budgets and estimates are managed systematically
• Support project managers with progress reporting, including schedule updates, forecasts to complete, variance analysis, and improvement actions
• Monitor project compliance with contractual obligations and corporate guidelines
• Follow up on project estimate changes, highlight risks, and support margin improvement actions
• Provide financial and accounting guidance on projects, including cost allocation, purchase orders, and revenue recognition

• 3–5 years of experience in project controlling, finance controlling, or a similar role
• Solid background in management accounting
• Experience working with ERP systems such as BAAN or Infor ERP LN
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI and comfortable working with financial data and reports
• Effective communication with cross‑functional stakeholders in a project environment
