Job Description:

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a seasoned IT Project Control Officer (PCO) V to join a high-impact initiative focused on fraud assessment and compliance within the payments ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience on a large-scale compliance program in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting project governance, financials, and overall coordination of project deliverables, working closely with various stakeholders including TS Finance, program PMO, and technology teams.

Job Responsibility:

Manage relationships with internal and external project stakeholders
Coordinate all activities related to project budgeting, forecasting, and actuals
Prepare and maintain financial reporting including monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reports
Support invoice processing and track resource utilization
Act as the central point of communication for core team members and stakeholders
Maintain project financial tools including EPM, Carpe Diem, and MS Project
Monitor and ensure compliance with governance and program delivery standards
Facilitate financial status meetings and provide updates to leadership
Identify issues and escalate where appropriate

Requirements:

8+ years of project management experience in financial services or banking
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
Proven experience managing project financials and governance
Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Excel, MS Project, Clarity
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with payment systems and fraud/compliance programs
