Project Consultant (Fully remote). In this completely remote role, you will be responsible for the overall relationship management of client accounts and day-to-day project activities. Your primary goal is to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects and services on time and within budget by effectively managing company resources.
Job Responsibility:
Overall relationship management of client accounts and day-to-day project activities
Managing a full portfolio of studies across various stages and complexities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing expertise in Patient Cloud to lead end-to-end project delivery
Leading internal and external meetings to ensure key project milestones stay on track
Proactively assessing risk and developing mitigation strategies
Managing client expectations for Patient Cloud products and services
Completing standard project tasks, such as creating and maintaining study documentation
Requirements:
4-year college degree or equivalent
1-3 years of relevant experience in clinical/biomedical and/or software development
Strong understanding of clinical research and Clinical Research SaaS technology
Experience with eCOA/ePRO, eConsent, Virtual Trials, or Wearable Sensors is preferred
Able to manage project timelines and perform risk assessments
Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, with good organisational skills
Experienced in a client-facing role and demonstrates a customer-first attitude
Self-motivated and able to assume responsibility in a professional manner
Able to work well in a team and promote unity among colleagues
Proficient with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
Valid driver's license
Eligible to live and work in the UK
