Job Description:

Project Co-ordinator role responsible for project tracking, cost control and maintaining key data metrics. Part of the IT project team in a fast-moving innovative environment with a leading global Bank.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinates activities of an IT project team, identifying necessary resources and developing schedules to meet completion deadlines
Collaborates in development of project business and system requirements
Develops requirement documentation
Communicates with project staff and clients regarding status of projects
Utilizes project management tools and provides project status tracking and metrics
Contributes to process improvement efforts
Evaluates business processes, system processes and industry standards
Provides guidance to new or lower level analysts

Requirements:

2-5 years experience in an IT Project Co-ordinator role (or equivalent)
Good exp in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Experience of Jira and working in an Agile environment
Excellent attention to detail skills
Proven ability to multi-task effectively
Strong communication skills
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
