Partner in the planning, scheduling, and execution of supply chain initiatives from concept through completion
Proactively monitor project milestones, timelines, and dependencies to ensure seamless delivery
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), transforming data from leadership into clear, actionable dashboards
Coordinate internal resources and external partners, including contractors and suppliers, to meet project goals and timelines
Support budget tracking and financial oversight for assigned initiatives
Provide high-level support to the VP of Supply Chain, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
Prepare polished agendas, presentations, and reports for executive and cross-functional meetings
Maintain organized and accessible documentation for projects, vendor agreements, and key departmental materials
Manage and track expenses with accuracy and attention to detail
Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, internal teams, and external vendors
Coordinate with contractors on deliverables, invoicing, and scheduling to ensure smooth project execution
Support cross-departmental initiatives by facilitating clear, timely communication across stakeholders
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to provide leadership with meaningful insights
Prepare concise project status updates, including risks, progress, and recommendations
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and optimize project outcomes
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a related role
Proven experience supporting senior leadership, with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize effectively
Exceptional organizational, planning, and follow-through skills, with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Smartsheet, or MS Project)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact across all levels of the organization
Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive insights and decision-making
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with external vendors or contractors and manage deliverables
