Job Responsibility:

Lead the planning, development, and execution of new business initiatives leveraging demand response capabilities within the Japanese energy market
Manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial concept to implementation, including customer negotiations and building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
Facilitate internal approval processes by coordinating with relevant teams and ensuring compliance with organizational requirements
Collaborate with global product teams to support the development and integration of new features into the company’s Virtual Power Plant (VPP) platform
Support market entry activities across various electricity markets, including technical and commercial discussions with customers, testing with transmission and distribution operators, and cross-functional coordination within the organization

Requirements:

Proven experience in project execution
Japanese: Native level proficiency
English: Business level proficiency

Nice to have:

Experience in business development
Experience in energy-related operations
Knowledge of aggregation businesses or battery storage projects
Degree in engineering
