Job Description:

You will play a key role in ensuring contributors deliver the quality and productivity needed for client success. This role sits at the center of crowd management, project performance, and client satisfaction. To manage contributor performance, support project delivery, and drive quality, productivity, and operational efficiency across assigned programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive contributor performance to meet project quality, throughput, and productivity targets
  • Improve project efficiency by analyzing data, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation strategies
  • Strengthen client outcomes by sharing insights, trends, and production updates
  • Support contributor engagement by providing guidance, feedback, and clear expectations
  • Improve project profitability by monitoring productivity, adjusting resources, and resolving blockers quickly
  • Improve data quality by executing quality management plans and driving continuous quality improvements
  • Support project improvements by incorporating input from clients, managers, and contributors

Requirements:

  • You manage operations through clear metrics and can balance speed, accuracy, and contributor experience
  • You can analyze quality and productivity trends, identify gaps and risks, and drive process improvements
  • You communicate with clarity, adapt to changing requirements, and work well with diverse audiences
  • You are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • You work well in collaboration with delivery teams, clients, and contributors
  • You are confident working in Excel and can handle more than simple spreadsheets

Nice to have:

  • Experience in project management, process improvement, or data analytics
  • Experience using Power BI
  • Prior experience in a production, operations, or call center environment
