We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our client's team on a contract basis in Portland, Oregon. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth project operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, and a meticulous approach to customer service. This role is a hybrid work model, but you MUST live in the greater Portland, OR area and able to commute into their office 2 days a week.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage project-related communications, including email correspondence and phone calls
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support project tracking and reporting
Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, ensuring participants are informed and prepared
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Monitor project timelines and assist in ensuring deadlines are met
Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient workflow and task completion
Utilize Microsoft Outlook to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize tasks
Support administrative needs, such as data entry and file management
Prepare and distribute project-related materials to stakeholders
Maintain a high standard in all interactions, both internal and external
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email management
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries in a detail-oriented manner
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with email correspondence and strong phone etiquette
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
