Project Assistant

• Assist in coordinating project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met
• Support the development and maintenance of master project schedules for construction initiatives
• Monitor project timelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and potential delays
• Perform scanning and document management tasks to maintain organized and accessible project records
• Collaborate with project managers to track resources and ensure alignment with project goals
• Facilitate communication between team members to resolve scheduling conflicts or other project-related issues
• Prepare and distribute status reports to keep all parties informed of project developments
• Assist in managing project workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and project-specific requirements

• Proven experience in managing project schedules and timelines, preferably in construction or related industries
• Familiarity with master scheduling practices and tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in document scanning and electronic file management
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Solid understanding of project management principles
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience in the entertainment or recreation industry is a plus
