We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will support project management efforts and assist with maintaining schedules and timelines for construction-related initiatives. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and oversee project timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule
Support the development and maintenance of master schedules for various construction-related projects
Assist in project planning and execution by collaborating with team members and stakeholders
Perform scanning and documentation tasks to maintain accurate and accessible project records
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and project requirements
Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions aimed at improving project outcomes
Identify potential challenges and propose solutions to keep projects on track
Organize and maintain project files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing project timelines and schedules
Familiarity with construction projects and related processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in scanning and document management systems
Solid understanding of project management principles and practices
