Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of construction projects while ensuring streamlined operations and adherence to project timelines.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
Support the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring all stages align with established goals
Assist in managing master schedules to track progress and identify potential delays
Perform document scanning and organization to maintain accurate project records
Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Monitor project milestones and provide updates to stakeholders as needed
Facilitate the implementation of project management tools and processes to improve efficiency
Perform general administrative tasks to support the project team
Identify and address any issues that arise during the course of the project

Requirements:

Proven experience in coordinating project timelines and schedules
Familiarity with construction project workflows and processes
Strong organizational skills, particularly in managing master schedules
Ability to perform scanning and maintain detailed records
Experience in project management or a related role
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in using project management tools and software
Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and resolve project challenges
