We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support zoning and land-use projects through research, report preparation, data management, and administrative coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, well-documented reports and compliance with applicable regulations. The Project Assistant will collaborate closely with Client Managers, Analysts, and Information Specialists to support project execution and client needs.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct research to verify zoning regulations, codes, and compliance requirements
Collect, organize, analyze, and manage project data and supporting documentation
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and formatting project reports to ensure accuracy and clarity
Apply relevant zoning codes and regulatory requirements within written reports
Support Client Managers by responding to client inquiries and providing requested information
Maintain and update databases to ensure accurate project records
Perform additional administrative and project-related duties as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Two or more years of experience in a role requiring report writing, critical thinking, and independent decision-making
Experience in zoning, compliance, real estate, research, or administrative support is a plus
Strong written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
