Job Description:

A fast-growing company in the renovation sector, we specialize in turnkey projects for customers in the retail market. Located in Ville Saint-Laurent, we are looking for an organized, proactive individual with excellent coordination skills to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate internal projects related to the retail market
Plan, follow up and collaborate with customers to ensure proper execution of projects
Organize and manage project meetings, ensure fluid communication between departments (sales, marketing, logistics)
Enter orders into the ERP system and follow up as necessary
Manage delivery and billing issues and ensure effective resolution
Produce and maintain project follow-up reports

Requirements:

Bilingualism
Project coordination experience, ideally in a construction, renovation or retail environment
Excellent communication and priority management skills
Proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Attention to detail and ability to manage several files simultaneously

What we offer:

100 % on site
Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 37.5 hrs / week
