Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support our marketing initiatives on a contract basis in West Chester NT, Ohio. This role involves traveling between various locations, ensuring materials are delivered and documented accurately, and maintaining real-time communication with the project manager. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver program materials to multiple locations while adhering to the planned route
Take 5-10 high-quality photos of cash envelopes at each location and obtain approval before leaving
Manage physical materials, including transporting and organizing them as needed
Maintain detailed records of vehicle odometer readings at the start and end of each day
Communicate promptly with the project manager regarding any changes to the route or schedule
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within the designated timeframe
Use Dropbox to upload and organize photos and other project-related documentation
Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with location staff
Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

Proficiency in photography and the ability to take clear, high-quality images
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and locations
Excellent communication skills to provide real-time updates and ensure project success
Familiarity with Dropbox or similar file-sharing platforms
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel
Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability to the project manager

Nice to have:

Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and requirements
