Project Assistant

• Conduct thorough research to gather and analyze information relevant to ongoing projects
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation using tools such as Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
• Utilize cloud storage systems for effective file management and data sharing
• Identify additional sources of information to enhance project outcomes
• Work independently while knowing when to seek guidance or clarification
• Assist in project management tasks, including tracking progress and reporting updates
• Support philanthropic initiatives and activities as needed
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout project execution
• Adapt to a flexible schedule while prioritizing critical working hours

• Proven experience with administrative assistance and related tasks
• Strong skills in computer-based research and data analysis is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative after initial training
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Familiarity with cloud storage systems and file management
• Clearance required for employment
