Job Responsibility
Coordinate project timelines and track progress to help keep construction activities on schedule
Maintain master schedules, update milestones, and communicate timing changes to appropriate team members
Support project management efforts by organizing documentation, preparing records, and assisting with day-to-day coordination
Scan, file, and maintain project documents to ensure accurate and accessible records
Assist with administrative tasks related to construction projects, including status tracking and meeting support
Monitor open items and follow up with stakeholders to help move projects forward efficiently
Requirements
Experience supporting construction projects or working in a project coordination environment
Ability to manage timelines and maintain detailed schedules with a high level of accuracy
Familiarity with master scheduling and general project management practices
Strong document control skills, including scanning, filing, and record organization
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Proficiency with standard office and project tracking tools
