We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support utility-related initiatives in San Jose, California. Job Responsibility
Coordinate project schedules and monitor key milestones to help ensure construction activities progress according to plan
Maintain and update master scheduling documents so stakeholders have clear visibility into timelines, dependencies, and upcoming tasks
Organize, scan, and manage project records to keep documentation accurate, accessible, and compliant with internal standards
Support project managers with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks related to active construction projects
Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and communicate schedule changes or project updates to relevant team members
Assist in preparing reports, status summaries, and other project materials that support planning and decision-making
Requirements
Experience supporting delivery, driving, in a project coordination or project assistant capacity
Working knowledge of timeline management and the ability to keep multiple project activities organized
Familiarity with master scheduling and maintaining accurate project tracking information
Ability to scan, organize, and manage project documentation with a high level of accuracy
Strong project management support skills with attention to deadlines, details, and follow-through
Effective communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
