Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Guide families through the client registration process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
Conduct in-person interviews to verify documents, answer questions, and resolve any discrepancies with care and professionalism
Support Spanish-speaking clients by providing translation assistance (via tools or conversation)
Coordinate scheduling, manage appointments, and oversee logistics for community-facing events
Maintain accurate digital records by scanning and inputting data
Communicate with clients via text platforms to provide timely updates and reminders
Assist with seasonal programming by managing schedules, coordinating resources, and supporting team goals
Participate in training sessions to stay current on program requirements
Deliver warm, respectful, and solution-focused customer service.

Requirements:

Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with experience using translation tools highly preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage schedules effectively
Experience in data entry and record-keeping with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in client-facing roles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with project management practices and tools
Previous experience in seasonal or non-profit initiatives is a plus
Comfortable with casual attire suitable for in-person client interactions.
