Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team in Quincy, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring project deadlines are met, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. This position requires someone local or willing to commute to the office as needed, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Input and maintain data using Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel
  • Provide regular updates to Project Managers regarding project progress and areas requiring attention
  • Identify potential delays and suggest expedited actions to meet deadlines
  • Organize and maintain project documentation for easy accessibility
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating activities to support project goals
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment across all tasks
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks
  • Support the team in managing priorities and resolving issues as they arise

Requirements
