Project Assistant

• Conduct thorough testing of equipment to ensure proper functionality and performance
• Set up and configure machines in accordance with established guidelines and procedures
• Stand and work for extended periods, maintaining focus and efficiency during testing processes
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve project goals
• Monitor and report any issues or discrepancies identified during testing
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support additional project-related tasks as assigned to facilitate smooth operations
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to provide updates and feedback
• Ensure all work adheres to quality standards and project specifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs as needed for warehouse tasks
• Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours a day
• Basic knowledge of machine setup and testing processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently when needed
• Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining quality standards

Prior experience in a hands-on or technical role is preferred but not required
