We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support a short-term Contract assignment in Devon, Pennsylvania. In this fully onsite role, you will help organize and digitize student records by scanning paper documents, entering information accurately into a proprietary system, and keeping project tasks on schedule. Job Responsibility:
Convert physical student files into digital records by scanning documents and preparing them for electronic storage
Enter and update information in the organization’s proprietary database with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness
Review documents before and after scanning to confirm legibility, proper indexing, and correct file placement
Track daily progress against project timelines and help maintain steady completion of assigned records tasks
Organize paper files and supporting materials to ensure records are processed in a consistent and orderly manner
Communicate status updates and any document issues to the assigned supervisor so problems can be resolved quickly
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, records management, data entry, or a similar project-based role
Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and complete work efficiently within a short-term assignment
Experience with document scanning and electronic file handling in a detail-focused setting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing sensitive information
Comfortable learning and using proprietary software systems
Ability to work fully onsite in Devon, Pennsylvania during standard business hours
Successful completion of required background and child abuse clearances
