Project Assistant

• Coordinate and maintain project timelines to ensure deadlines are met efficiently
• Support construction projects by organizing and tracking schedules and deliverables
• Perform document management tasks, including filing, shredding, and scanning important project records
• Assist with physical tasks, such as moving boxes weighing approximately 30 pounds, as needed
• Facilitate communication between team members to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives
• Collaborate with IT staff to manage logistical tasks and project-related technology needs
• Participate in walkthrough sessions to gain a clear understanding of project requirements and expectations
• Maintain a casual but detail-oriented approach while adhering to workplace dress code guidelines

• Proven ability to manage project timelines and schedules effectively
• Experience working in construction-related or similar project environments
• Familiarity with document management processes, including scanning and filing
• Physical capability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 pounds
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among team members
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks within a project workflow

Proficiency in basic IT support or logistical coordination is a plus
