Project Assistant

• Oversee project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to support the successful execution of construction projects
• Maintain and update master schedules to ensure accurate tracking of project progress
• Perform scanning and digital organization of project documents for easy access
• Assist in project management tasks, including resource allocation and task prioritization
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
• Monitor and report on project milestones to ensure alignment with objectives
• Identify and address potential challenges to keep projects on track

• At least 2 years of experience in a project coordination or assistant role
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with managing timelines and schedules in a structured and efficient setting
• Experience supporting construction or similar projects is highly desirable
• Proficiency in basic project management tools and techniques
• Ability to effectively scan, organize, and maintain digital records
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Capability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting project needs
