Project Assistant

• Coordinate and manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain records and databases
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook to organize project information and communicate effectively
• Organize files and maintain efficient filing systems for easy accessibility
• Handle some light accounting tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow in construction-related activities

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and file management skills
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in customer service with a focus on problem-solving
• Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to handle scanning and shipping functions efficiently
