Project Assistant

• Organize and coordinate community events and job fairs, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively
• Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute project activities
• Manage event-related communications and follow up with participants as needed
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of promotional materials for events
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects and events
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during event planning or execution
• Support the team in meeting project deadlines and objectives
• Monitor and report on project progress to ensure alignment with goals

• Proven experience in customer service with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong skills in coordinating events, including community gatherings and job fairs
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in organizing and maintaining detailed records
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and resolve issues promptly
• Familiarity with event planning tools and techniques is a plus
