Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of short-term projects by managing materials, coordinating logistics, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.

Job Responsibility:

Confirm receipt of all necessary materials, including signage and program agreements, before beginning daily tasks
Install and set up self-standing banners and other materials according to provided guidelines
Maintain appropriate dress code, adhering to business casual standards
Ensure all project tasks are completed efficiently and within the designated timeline
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address any issues or updates
Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company in a positive manner
Utilize reliable transportation to travel to and from project locations as required
Follow detailed instructions to ensure precise execution of project deliverables

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or project support role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
Positive and outgoing personality with a detail-oriented demeanor
Reliable transportation to travel to job sites
Adherence to business casual dress code
