Job Responsibility:
Coordinate the setup and preparation of election polling sites, ensuring all required materials and equipment are in place
Oversee the management of polling site operations on election day, addressing any logistical issues promptly
Collect and organize all necessary paperwork and documentation related to election proceedings
Assist in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with election regulations
Provide clerical support, including data entry and filing, to ensure efficient workflow
Communicate effectively with team members and election staff to address concerns and facilitate smooth operations
Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues that arise during election processes
Ensure all election materials are properly stored and accounted for after polling concludes
Requirements:
Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle election logistics efficiently
Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and resolve issues
Ability to work under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines
Familiarity with basic office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
