Job Description:

We’re looking for a motivated, curious and skilled individual with experience in landscape construction and management observation and project management to join our Construction Administration team and assist on our Midwest based projects. A successful candidate will be highly organized, have a knack for record keeping and thrive in a team setting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist project managers with conducting material and vendor research
  • Perform AutoCAD drawing edits
  • Plant material procurement and tagging
  • Contractor correspondence
  • Project coordination
  • Project scope takeoffs

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Sketch-up and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and task management skills, including the ability to change tasks quickly
  • Excellent attitude and ability to work well within a team
  • Expert in creative problem-solving
  • 2-5 years' experience required
  • Some travel is required during weekdays only
  • Physical requirements: Lifting, Carrying and Moving up to 20 lbs. or more
  • Mobility: walking, hiking, kneeling and standing for extended periods
  • Working conditions: ability to work outdoors frequently at jobsites in all weather conditions
  • Requirement to wear protective clothing and hard-toed boots/shoes

Nice to have:

  • Ideally 5 years of landscape construction or project management experience
  • An excellent communicator with strong organizational skills
  • An individual with a great teamwork attitude and excited to work in a collaborative environment
