Job Responsibility

  • Be an integral part of the Museums and Exhibitions Team focusing on providing a premium service
  • Provide support to colleagues and junior members of the team

Requirements

  • A good knowledge of IT and shipping methods
  • Provide quick but accurate responses to enquiries and estimate requests
  • Maintain existing client base and build relationships with new clients
  • Book transport, crate orders, liaise with agents, clients, airlines, shipping lines and other bodies within our industry
  • Maintain files electronically in a clear and detailed order
  • Projects to be managed and delivered within the time/budget constraints of the estimate provided, whilst keeping clients informed of any changes
  • Ensure all work is handled in a confidential, professional, and consistent manner
