The Project Assistant Intern will support the project management team with administrative coordination, documentation, scheduling, and project tracking activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in project operations, communication, and business processes within a fast-paced professional environment. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate seeking practical experience in project management, operations, or business administration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist Project Managers with daily administrative and coordination tasks
  • Support project documentation including contracts, change orders, submittals, and close-out documents
  • Maintain organized digital and physical project files
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Help prepare reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients
  • Support invoice tracking and basic budget monitoring
  • Assist with data entry and updating project management software
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
