Constantine is a leading international art logistics company for Private Collectors, Museums and Galleries. We are looking for a Project Assistant to provide expert services to Galleries, Institutions, and Private Clients both in the UK and Internationally. They will liaise with and support specific client accounts as allocated by the Team Leader.

Job Responsibility

  • Be an integral part of the Gallery and Collector Team focusing on providing a premium service
  • Provide support to colleagues and junior members of the team
  • Provide quick but accurate responses to enquiries and estimate requests
  • Maintain existing client base and build relationships with new clients
  • Book transport, crate orders, liaise with agents, clients, airlines, shipping lines and other bodies within our industry
  • Maintain files electronically in a clear and detailed order
  • Manage and deliver projects within time/budget constraints
  • Keep clients informed of any changes
  • Ensure all work is handled in a confidential, professional, and consistent manner
  • Constantly plan workload to meet deadlines
  • Be flexible with working time depending on the project
