Project Architect

• Working with the Project Director and wider team, develop a design based on the Option Studies already completed, using robust and sustainable design solutions, leading the project from Stage 2 through to completion
• Assist in preparing statutory submissions, such as Planning, Building Regulations and Building Safety Gateways
• Working with the Project Director and wider team, negotiate with statutory bodies, write reports and complete statutory submissions (Planning Applications / Gateway submissions / Building Regulations etc)
• Work with the Sector Director and team to grow our workload in this sector

• A collaborative approach, and experience working with large multi-disciplinary teams
• All-round experience from concept to delivery
• Experience designing and delivering offices or other commercial projects
• Excellent communication skills – including drawing and presentation skills and the ability to explain a design idea and evolution of a concept
• ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification UK experience
• Two years’ experience using Revit as prime software
