• Organization and management of the construction site

• Review the provided network plans
• Monitoring of project timelines while maintaining high-quality levels
• Communication and coordination with collaborating departments
• Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers
• Manage supplies, such as materials, machines and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations including permits and safety guidelines
• Addressing design-related issues during construction
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs
• Overseeing quality control and ensuring adherence to design intent
• Preparation of detailed progress reports

• 4-5 years of previous experience in construction or renovation projects
• Flexibility and mobility

• Experience on renovations
• Proficient oral and written command of the English language

• Excellent knowledge of Autocad
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Master's Degree is preferred, but not mandatory
• Certificate of professional competence
