Job Responsibility:
Project Leadership: Lead high-end residential and commercial projects through all phases, with a heavy emphasis on detailed documentation and construction delivery
Technical Mastery: Use your deep understanding of construction methodology to ensure design integrity is maintained from concept through to site
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants, ensuring seamless communication and project flow
Regulatory Precision: Navigate Australian building codes and standards with ease, ensuring every project is compliant and executed to the highest quality
Mentorship: Contribute to the studio’s "powerhouse" culture by sharing knowledge and guiding junior staff through complex technical challenges
Requirements:
Australian Registration: You are a Registered Architect (AU) with a solid understanding of local industry standards
Experience: 5–10 years of professional experience, with a proven track record of seeing projects through to completion on-site
Construction IQ: A "builder’s brain"—you understand how things go together and can solve complex technical details on the fly
Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Revit is essential for this high-output team
Drive: An autonomous, proactive mindset with the ambition to grow into a leadership position within the studio
Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree
