Job Description

An Architectural practice who manage full design packages for large, High-Rise schemes across London is looking to appoint a Project Architect to lead on delivery within their Commercial Project Team. If you are competent within your CDM knowledge, you will be perfect for this role, as you will be required to undertake more CDM responsibility then the usual Architectural brief. You will enjoy a hybrid working pattern and great autonomy within this role, no barriers will be placed on your career progression due to the commercial nature of their operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the design and delivery of construction project from concept through to completion
  • Develop architectural plans
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and client requirements
  • Undertake CDM/Principal Designer responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience, post your ARB registration (essential)
  • Experience of undertaking Principal Designer/CDM responsibilities (essential)
  • Full RIBA membership (preferred)
