Job Description:

An Architectural practice managing full design packages for large, High-Rise schemes across London is seeking a Project Architect to lead delivery within their Commercial Project Team. The role involves responsibilities such as undertaking CDM tasks, leading the entire project lifecycle, developing plans, and coordinating with teams to ensure compliance with building and client standards.

Job Responsibility:

Leading the design and delivery of construction projects from concept through to completion
Developing architectural plans
Coordinating with consultants and contractors
Ensuring compliance with building regulations and client requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience, post your ARB registration
Experience of undertaking Principal Designer/CDM responsibilities
Full RIBA membership
