Requirements

  • Minimum of a B.Arch degree from a recognized institution
  • Should have handled & worked on US (and/or) Middle East projects
  • Relevant Work Experience of at least 3 - 6 Years
  • Proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD is essential

  • Lead team innovation, productivity, quality, efficiency, and growth on a regular basis, so that OZ excels in the marketplace and is well-positioned for future work
  • Project Architect directs the project progress and is able to anticipate what is needed to keep production on schedule
  • Coordinates with the PM on the project status as it relates to project milestones
  • Ensures follow-through of stated design intent at all project scales
  • Has a strong fundamental knowledge of regulatory and code requirements
