We are seeking a thoughtful and design-driven Project Architect or Project Manager to join our growing teams in Denver, Colorado and Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who brings strong design leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for mentoring others while advancing impactful work. You will contribute across all phases of project delivery — from early concept through construction — providing design direction, technical oversight, and team leadership. You will play a key role in shaping cohesive design solutions while supporting project performance, collaboration, and quality. Job Responsibility

  • Lead and collaborate with design leaders and project teams across all phases of project delivery
  • Provide technical expertise, including building systems integration, detailing, and code compliance
  • Contribute to and guide design development, ensuring alignment between concept, documentation, and execution
  • Mentor emerging professionals and support team growth and development
  • Coordinate effectively with consultants and internal disciplines to advance cohesive design solutions
  • Maintain awareness of project scope, schedule, budget, and performance goals
  • Contribute to a collaborative and positive studio culture

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • 10+ years of architectural experience
  • Demonstrated portfolio reflecting strong design aptitude and built project experience
  • Excellent technical knowledge, including building systems and code expertise
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative team environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
