They would like to meet independent individuals with expertise and design background in project conceptualization as well as management, with prior experience of managing a team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform architectural designs and develop concepts within the company
  • Manage design and production processes for the company as well as with the clients
  • A thorough understanding of the full architecture process, including design, tender, construction contracts etc
  • Use your understanding of authority requirements to create the necessary documentation for obtaining permit approvals (such as KM submission, BP submission, etc)
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to employees on the project team, helping them with any project-related inquiries as needed
  • Other duties include team building, staffing, project organization, communication, and mentoring

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of working experience in Architecture
  • Experience in industrial, data centres, critical facilities will have an advantage
  • Part 2 or Part 3 Architects are preferred
  • Software knowledge (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit) is necessary
