Your future employer is a distinguished and reputable architectural firm. They have made their name through their significant contributions to the Malaysia's development. They would like to meet independent individuals with expertise and design background in project conceptualization as well as management, with prior experience of managing a team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Perform architectural designs and develop concepts within the company
Manage design and production processes for the company as well as with the clients
A thorough understanding of the full architecture process, including design, tender, construction contracts etc
Use your understanding of authority requirements to create the necessary documentation for obtaining permit approvals (such as KM submission, BP submission, etc)
Provide mentorship and guidance to employees on the project team, helping them with any project-related inquiries as needed
Other duties include team building, staffing, project organization, communication, and mentoring
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-8 years of working experience in Architecture
Experience in industrial, data centres, critical facilities will have an advantage
Part 2 or Part 3 Architects are preferred
Software knowledge (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit) is necessary
