Project Application Engineer

• Develop solutions for complex projects that meet demanding customer objectives, collaborating with other engineering disciplines
• Provide technical guidance and on‑the‑job training to less experienced engineers
• Deliver timely and accurate project bookings to Project Management
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new product options and applications of existing products
• Participate in customer meetings, representing the company professionally and building strong relationships
• Identify critical project issues and risks, working with Engineering Operations, Quality, and suppliers to resolve them
• Continuously expand product and process knowledge to improve effectiveness
• Gain expertise in company´s product line, sales strategy, competitor capabilities, and customer requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
• Strong problem‑solving and prioritization skills
• ability to work effectively under pressure
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, RFP processes, and requirements analysis
• Customer‑focused mindset with ability to research needs, gather feedback, and align solutions with expectations
• Understanding of major products and services, including their market positioning and delivery methods
• Technical excellence in applying standards, procedures, and technologies to resolve engineering challenges
• Ability to build networks and strategic partnerships that enhance organizational capabilities
• Fluent English required
• Flexibility and willingness to travel

knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage
